Mangas...

Oh my gosh!!!! When I should be studying for my exams, I GOT HOOKED ON MANGAS~~~~
Anyway, this is not the first so it doesn't matter, I will use my wits to get through my exams in MAY....

Anyway, 2 new manga series I have just read one is a short series of 12 chapters and the other is 28 chapters....ooooooo...I simply love them. To think that I will spend time introducing the manga, it means that it is worthwhile reading.

For those out there who likes happy ending romance between a couple who has been through many hardships and are finally together, you will most probably like Gekka no Kimi. This story consists of both in the Heian period and also Morden Japan. It speaks about this author in Morden Japan write a non-fiction story called Tale of Genji.

The Genji is a young price born in Heian period who has lost his mother at a very young age. He barely could even remember his mother's face. One faithful day, Lieutanant Tou came visitng the price as usual and taught him the game, Maple leaves. While playing in it, the maple leaves led him to a girl who is just a few years older than him. Sad to say, that girl is his father new concort = wife = his mother!!! But he view her as more of a sister at first and gradually he found out that he is in love with her.

When he has come to of age to Manhood. He played and slept with many girls as he is very popular and admired. Until one incident where he met another princess in a shrine who is just 2 years younger than him and he took her in as his wife. However, he still sneak in to other woman's room at night.

Although the story of Genji is non-fictional, the characters who were written by the author, become really attached to each other and promied that they will reincarnate 1000years later (which is morden Japan) and to fulfill their promises to each other. Hence, they reincarnated, met each other and fight against their destiny. It is a hard warming story evolves around pure and true love. =))))

Readers who prefer a more realistic view in life and wants something a short, sweet, romana manga between a male and a female. That Spicy Pink will be good. In the story it has many coincidences, like current boyfriend's sister's boyfriend is your ex-boyfriend, or there is a bit of a rekindle and how they sort out issues and find out their true feelings for each other. It has only 12 chapters so you can roughly guess the way the story goes, but it is really worthwhile reading.

Where Are You?

Today!!! is like my any other day, nothing special, nothing out of the blue, nothing suspicious, nothing exciting, nothing to say.

BUT!!! I have this damn huge problem with me which is why I decided to blog about it now. I couldn't find my urge to study... ...=_=''' and this can be quite bad. The reason is, my final year exams is in May and I BARELY TOUCH ANY OF THE MODULES YET. Listen carefully, I BARELY TOUCH. my goodness, where's my sense of urgency.

Damn the exams man...actually I love to attend exams but I always hated the process. And guessed what my lecturer told me the other day. He said: " if you want to pass this, you have to be like our merlion." and he smiles. Which means memorized every damn thing in your study guide and vomit it out in exams. Tell you what, I suck in memorizing. I'm more of a application type, but apparently my "application" failed terribly. Geez.

I think I need to quarantine my laptop, seal my computer and lock myself away from electronic devices. The best is put me in a room with just one table, one chair, my pile of studying materials and a table lamp for me to read. I need to get my ass off my bed, my eyes off my laptop, my brains off my animes and mangas and my mouth off from snacking.

So someone, please teach me a way to do that. I need to find a remedy for it. But I guess with the way I type my message here I bet even Confucious will say he's confused too.

I need to study. I need to study. I need to study!!!

Missing In Action

It seems like I haven't been updating my blog often =) and that is because i got really busy recently... of course, i'm busy with serious stuffs...lolz

well, it seems like the month of March is coming to an end and this symbolizes my FINAL YEAR EXAMS are aound the damn corner...It's in May and tell you what, I haven't started studying a bit. I wonder where is my sense of urgency...zomg.

I have been also watching new animes and reading mangas lately. Well, there is not much nice manga except i've read the Kaden Sakura Hime which is relatively not bad, but there's not much nice mangas around... hmmm, maybe should start reading forums...(since i have the time for forum, might as well study...=_=''')

2 new animes i've watched and I kinda like them. The first is Natsume Yuujinchou.
It is about this boy by the name of Natsume has some special abilities and that is he can see ghosts. However, he is always chase by them coz he has the same "smell" as Reiko, his grandmother, who has passed away a long time ago, and left him a stack of junks. Among these junks has a book called Yuujinchou and that compromises all the monsters' name in it. These are all contracts made between Reiko and the monsters, and when she calls for their name, they have to appear before her no matter where she is. But oh well, as you know, she died and these monsters are still waiting to be called. So when the "smell" natsume, they came for him wanting their name to be given back. Some evil ones will want to own the book so that they can control all the other demons. Hence, this is a journey where Natsume wants to return all the names to the monster and how he fought with the "bad ones" with the help of a demon cat =)
So enjoy... =)))

The other anime that i've watch is Jigoku Shoujo. This is one damn good anime because i like the part when Enma Ai (the hell girl) says: " you want to try dying once?" zomg, it is scary to watch at night can.....okok, anyway, it about this hell girl by the name of Enma Ai who accepts people request for revenge and she will sent the recipient to hell. She has lived for more than 400 years and each episode is a different story that entails with different type of revenge on different type of people. It's worthwhile watching. The opening theme is nice too. =)

Oh yea, before i forgot, i watched Loveless too...it's not a bad anime as it is about mahou (magic). Loveless is the main character name. He's brother is called Beloved and he has a fighter who shares the same name as him. In real life, they have different names, the brother is called seimei and loveless is called something else i cannot really remember. On one occasion the brother, seimei, was murdered by an organization called Seven Moon (nana tsuki). This organization apparently trains fighters and then pair them up with their respective masters and together, they became a pair with one fighter and the other as a sacrifice.
In a battle, the fighter will casts spell on the opponents and the only person who will get affected by the spells are the sacrifices. Hence, it requires a high level of coordination between the fighter and the sacrifice. Beloved, is known as the best pair ever as they are informidable.
However, when seimei died, he left his fighter to his brother and he ordered the fighter to protect his brother and that is where the journey begins... ...

Okay, here is the end of my anime intro. I'm a bit brief on these as compared to the one i mentioned before (kure-nai) is because i'm running out of time and i'm typing these in a hurry. Anyway, it is really worthwhile watching. No Lie. You can trust me when comes to this. =)

Study first before u read the mangas i intro, coz it is really addictive. as i've mentioned on my tag board, some contains mature contents, so if you are not comfortable reading it can dun read =) usually i will just skip those parts and continue reading. but the story is really good =)

Feelings For The Day

What can I say on such a lovely day I had yesterday. Yewbing who has been missing in actions for god knows how long, called me up last night for supper with lim zhong. Oh my, I really missed those days that we used to hang out after midnight and talk about everything under the moon. I was glad that I was able to meet up with my 2 good friends.

Went bowling with Gerard, Clement, Adrian, Uncle Jeffery and Tcf last night after work at CSC. We gambled $2 pin 5 (for me) and pin 10 (for the rest) and on top of that we gambled score according to position and bonus is 225 which is double the bet. In total I won $51, I am a happy girl last night.

Woke up this morning for work and met up with Gerard they all again and went down for interclub at Warran Golf. Tonight is the first week of the league and next week is Home Game. I wished I was another few more years younger so I could be part of the youth team. =_='''

Saw Greg who has slimmed down a lot, and he definitely looks better in his slimmer look. =) and saw a few friends that we hardly see each other. Of course, needless to say there are still a few annoying ones that I would love not to meet them. I would not elaborate more on this point.

The worst thing that could ever happened to me today was the intolerent odour from my colleague. Oh my tian, she stinks from head to toe. Don't ask me why, I do not have an answer to that either.
She has hongkong feet which really stinks and makes me giddy from work. I wonder if she ever realised that whenever she takes off her shoes, I'm always covering my nose. It really makes me wanna puke. Where is the hygeine!

That really ruins my day. Anyway, another poem for today =)
